We simplify the hospital experience for our patients addressing their needs and those of their families.

Visitors regulations

Visiting hours are 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

  • For your security, visits by children under 8 years old are prohibited.
  • The room is exclusively for patients, so if the patient goes to the intensive care unit, relatives must leave the room.
  • At night, only one relative is allowed to stay with the patient.
  • Only three visitors at a time are permitted into the patient room, and no more than four visitors are allowed to wait within the hospital. Patients who are minors, over 60 years old, post-surgical or with conscience or conduct disorders, should be accompanied by a relative in the room, at all times, or receive special care from a nurse (extra cost). This relative or nurse is responsible for keeping the bed rails up for patient safety.
